Covid Policy

Four Winds will continue to apply NSW Public Health Orders as they relate to ticketing and seating arrangements.

Four Winds is a registered Covid-Safe business.

Due to the current impact of Covid-19 on events and gatherings, Four Winds has protocols in place in relation to the safe running of events. Please review the information below to prepare you for your visit.

conditions of entry

Do not attend any event at Four Winds if you are feeling unwell, or have any cold or flu-like symptoms. Should you feel unwell, please get tested at your nearest Covid-19 testing clinic.

We understand that you may be concerned about missing an event that you have bought tickets to. Therefore, please inform us ahead of time. We have revised our Terms and Conditions to allow for refund or transfer of ticket/s to take place, where applicable.

We will ask you to sign a Declaration Form on the day of your visit. You can view this Declaration form here. All details provided on this form will be held for 28 days, as required by the Department of NSW Health, should they be requested for contact-tracing by the Department. If you arrive in a group, for example as a member of a family, the person signing this form will be responsible for providing all individual contact details of the group members should these be requested later on.

your visit

Please maintain a 4sqm distance at all times to allow for social distancing.

You may be asked to wear a mask at certain events, or should government regulations at the time require this.

There will be hand-sanitizers provided throughout the venue, as well as hand-wash facilities at the toilets.

We will have our Box Office open at the Windsong Pavilion, where our staff and volunteers will check your pre-purchased tickets. Our volunteers and staff will do their best to assist you at your visit. Please follow all written and verbal instructions.

We are opening the doors to the Windsong Pavilion later than usual, only 15 minutes prior to event starting. Therefore, avoid arriving too early, and make your way directly to your seat/s when you enter the Pavilion. Avoid crowding and gathering in groups outside.

Seating will be spaced out. However, if you are attending the event as part of a family group, you will be permitted to sit next to each other in a ‘family bubble’.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, all our live performances have very limited capacity and bookings are required. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment. We will not be able to accommodate bookings beyond a certain number as our venue capacity is capped to allow for social distancing.

We will endeavour to provide two performances of a production, where possible, to allow for more people to enjoy these events. Some of these performances will be recorded and filmed. We will provide details of this in the event description, and ticket prices will be reduced for these ‘digital first’ events.

If you would like more information ahead of your visit, or would like a copy of our Covid-Safe plan you can contact us on or +61 2 6493 3366.
